Teresa Zaborowska-Lenarczyk

Teresa Zaborowska-Lenarczyk is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. In 2021, she completed her professional legal training with the Greater Poland Bar Association and qualified as an adwokat (a lawyer admitted to the Bar in Poland).
She represents clients before the courts, as well as before the police and public prosecution authorities in criminal proceedings. She specialises in civil law, with particular emphasis on disputes involving property and financial interests.
She has extensive experience in matters concerning:
- real estate rights and settlements between co-owners
- inheritance matters, including disputes concerning inheritance rights and claims for a reserved share
- contractual claims
- the property aspects of family law, in particular the division of joint property
She also handles cross-border court proceedings. Her practice further covers selected criminal matters, in particular offences against property, where she acts on behalf of injured parties or as defence counsel.
Outside her professional practice, she is interested in the culture of East Asia, especially Japanese culture, and in literature.
