Anna Masiota is an adwokat (a Polish-qualified lawyer) specialising in litigation. She draws on more than twenty years of litigation experience when analysing cases, assessing risks and considering the available courses of action.
She personally oversees the strategy and key procedural steps and remains directly involved at every stage of the proceedings - from pre-litigation work and representation before the courts to post-judgment proceedings.
She is supported by her team and, depending on the nature of the case, works with experts in other fields and lawyers in other jurisdictions.

Anna Masiota is a lawyer admitted to the Bar in Poland, with over twenty years of litigation experience. Her practice centres on family law, inheritance law and civil disputes, including real estate matters.
Cross-border cases and other matters with an international element form an important part of her practice.
She regularly works with a number of respected law firms abroad and is included on lists of lawyers maintained by several foreign diplomatic missions in Poland.
She is a member of the Union Internationale des Avocats (International Association of Lawyers - UIA), based in Paris. Within the organisation, she is active in the Institute for the Rule of Law (IROL), where she serves as Director of the Rule of Law Section. She is also a member of the UIA Family Law Commission.
